Social Media Playbook

The brief

As part of an employer brand initiative, I was contacted by the UK Employer Brand manager and asked to produce a social media playbook that could be distributed to both head office workers and store staff that would provide guidance on creating marketing content and assets that aligned to the wider brand identity and established a base level of professionalism and quality control.

The solution

It was determined that a static PDF was the best solution for the project. The PDF was uploaded to the company intranet and also distributed via email.
