The brief
Strawberrysoup were contacted to name and create a new brand identity for a property start up based in Canary Wharf. The value proposition for the brand was a new property portal ran by estate agents, for estate agents that utilised enhanced listing features and functionality to revolutionise the way in property was listed in the UK.
The unique selling point of the brand was that the listings website would provide potential buyers with additional metrics about the property and the location of the property than Rightmove did at the time.
I was given a strict budget of a day to come up with as many logo concepts as possible. Shown are the final ideas from that day.
The solution
The client selected the name ‘Howsmart’ and the corresponding logo for it. The project was then extended out into a full web design and build.
