Bournemouth Aquarium – Branding Concepts

The brief

After many years of using a tired and underdeveloped brand identity, Bournemouth Aquarium contacted Strawberrysoup and requested the creation of a number of new brand identities for consideration.

The brief at the early stage was simple; a fresh brand identity that would appeal to their target demographic and provide scope for cross medium roll-out and merchandising.

The solution

The solutions developed were somewhat broad and used different influences. Some ideas were inspired by the Art Deco stylings of the Aquarium building, whilst others took their inspiration from the array of animals and fish on display.
